CNN tries to put their morning weather expert into situations that show him off in the best light possible. Sometimes he's a co-anchor, sometimes on location of a major weather situation, being rained on or blown around by strong winds, but mostly in front of a weather map each day...until they find another place for him....! Rob tends to wear a different "outfit" each day that is fun to check in on from time to time.
